【產品介紹】CD32 is one member of a family of
immunoglobulin Fc receptor proteins found on the surface
of many immune response cells. It is a cell surface
receptor found on phagocytic cells such as macrophages
and neutrophils, and it is involved in the process
of phagocytosis and clearing of immune complexes (1).

Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) K562 and (B) human
platelet lysates using anti-CD32 RabMAb (cat. #5463-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human
lung tissue using anti-CD32 RabMAb (cat. #5463-1).
Note positive macrophages staining. Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded
human spleen tissue using anti-CD32 RabMAb (cat. #5463-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human
CD32 was used as an immunogen. |
